In this scene , Anu seduces Bhagyaraj in a very different way. She comes in inside her room in which Bhagyaraj is already there. "you could have told that you were here when I removed my sari. You could have told it when I removed my jacket. But you did not say, even when I removed my jacket and when I was about to remove my bra." A main stream heroine uttering the word bra itself was new to tamil fans.

But Bhagyaraj says that he would have told her if she was like any other normal woman. But she has extra ordinary sexy features and that is why he never said anything. Anu gives a seductive laugh. He then hugs her immediately and takes her to bed.

Same movie has a scene where she seduces him in the bathroom.

There is also a scene where she exercises and shows her assets to seduce him. She wears a thin shorts which evidently shows her thighs.

And the mega bedroom scene is when Anu calls for Bhagyaraj from the bathroom. Bhagyaraj goes in and has a look at her in her inner wear . ( I think Bhagyaraj gets to see her a lot of times undress in the movie). And Anu is at her seductive best.

And he takes her starightaway to bed. And they make love. Anu is again at her best with sexy expressions.

And it is Bhagyaraj's touch of humor which overrides the sex. After the hot scene, Bhagyaraj goes again to Anu and spends the next night with her. And then when both of them lay spent in the bed, the radio is on and they say in the radio news "Sunil Gavaskar played brilliantly and scored yet another century in the same ground that he scored a century yesterday". Mixing sex with humor, nobody does it better, Do they?

I think she made her debut in Tamil in a Ramesh Aravind starrer. I vaguely remember she does show her navel. But I’m not sure. Then she stopped showing the navel. Then she hit big time with Ejamaan (1993) with Rajini. In the next year, after some films, she acted in Sethupathi IPS and made a big show of her deep navel. Then her navel had a constant presence in almost all the movies she acted. And Muthu (1995) was the icing on the cake. In the ‘thillana thillana’ song there were atleast 15 close up shots of that navel. In the same movie (song - kuluvalile) her boobs got special attention. It was a delight to see her moving the boobs up and down in close up shots.

The famous Karnan was a good cinematographer and I personally think he should’ve stuck to that. His films were set on a land where deserts were at the bottom of cold mountains which were nearer to huge lakes which were nearer to huge deep forest which was nearer to a big water falls which was nearer to a enormous……….well, you get the picture. The only logical thing he ever known is if you dress a lady in the thinnest possible saree (and, of course, it is white) and make her take a bath in a river or dance in the rain, the nipples will be visible to the eyes. This had been his life’s motto. And so many adored him for that.

His stories were simple. Needed only a small cast. Jaishankar was his main hero. Later on he turned to Sarathbabu, Suman and Karthik. His pet babes were Jayamala, Rajkokhila (Meena’s aunt), Rajmallika (Meena’s mother) and Madhavi.

Jambu is his famous movie and to a lesser extent, Rettai Kuzhal Thuppaakki. The availability of good prints must be the only reason for that. (Though, when I tried for the vcd’s of his films at shops, I couldn’t get it)

Jambu (1980)

A plane crashes and falls into a jungle. The story is all about how the crowd of around 20 including the air hostess, Jayamala escape from the jungle with the help of the Tarzan, Jaishankar. The peak of the movie is when Jayamala shaves Jaishankar, a jungle boy, and he keeps his face in her ‘no blouse, no bra, only a saree’ boobs and after that bathes him. She falls in love with him. Being a jungle boy, he doesn’t know anything about sex and when she explains to him, it turns into hot pairing in the river. When a tiger comes after her she jumps into the river revealing her nipples thru a transparent dress. Obviously she had no ‘hidden’ agenda. When they get to another ‘country’, one more babe falls for him. There is a lesbo fight between her and Jayamala.

Rettai Kuzhal Thuppaakki (1989)

Suganthi and Karthik acted in this movie. It got so many items numbers by Bapitha, kavithasree and some more unknown babes. There is also a lesbo fight in the river with both Suganthi and the other girl transparent clothes.
